Thomas Easley is a distinguished Veterinary/One Health Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in public health and veterinary medicine. Currently at Noblis ESI since February 2022, Thomas provides scientific expertise for the Biological Threat Reduction Program. Prior roles include Veterinary Program Director at Pima Medical Institute, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing veterinary education programs and maintaining accreditation standards. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant District Director for USDA-APHIS, facilitating animal health initiatives, and coordinating Emerging Pandemic Threats for USAID in Uganda. Thomas holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University School of Veterinary Medicine and a Master of Public Health from the American Public University System.
