Brian Proctor

Brian Proctor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management analysis, policy development, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst at Noblis since August 2021, Proctor previously held roles as a Senior Policy Analyst at Gryphon Technologies, Inc., a Language Arts Teacher at Prince William County Public Schools, and various leadership positions in the Marine Corps, including Executive Officer and Campaign Planning Branch Chief.
