Eric Thomas is currently the Fleet Sustainment Division Manager at Noblis and has held various significant roles in the U.S. Navy, including Engineering Limited Duty Officer and COMNAVSURFLANT Force Engineer. Eric previously served as Deputy Director of Waterfront Readiness at the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation and as Chief Engineer on the USS SHREVEPORT LPD 12. With a robust background in engineering program and maintenance management, they also worked as Technical Director for Ship Systems Maintenance at McKean Defense Group and later as Division Manager at McKean Defense.
