Tracy Brown

Director, Law Enforcement Programs at Noblis

Tracy Brown has a versatile work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Tracy started their career at SAIC in 1995 as a Requirements Engineer and worked there until 2000. Tracy then moved to Luminant as a Business Analyst from 2000 to 2001. Tracy returned to SAIC in 2001 as a Systems Engineer/Requirements Lead before becoming a Project Lead from 2002 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Noblis as a Principal Systems Engineer for various Criminal Justice Agencies. Tracy took on additional roles at Noblis, including a Project Lead for the development of an Electronic Supervision Technology Toolkit and a Principal Systems Engineer for the Bureau of Land Management. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Project Lead for the U.S. Department of State, providing project management and technical support for the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. Tracy's most recent position at Noblis is the Director of Law Enforcement Programs, a role they have held since May 2019.

Tracy Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University, completing their studies between 1991 and 1995. Tracy also holds additional certifications, including being a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist by Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by Scrum Alliance in 2012, and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute in 2009.
