Michael Landers

Michael Landers has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michael founded Culture Crossing in 2002, specializing in helping organizations succeed through culture, leadership, and organizational transformation. Michael also worked as the Global Talent Development at SNP Communications from 2010 to 2016.

Furthermore, Landers served as a Senior Consultant at ALC Education, Inc. Global Management Consulting Division and The Oxford Group from 2009 to 2014. Michael was also a Cross-cultural Consultant at Santa Barbara City College from 2006 to 2008.

Additionally, Landers worked as a Senior Search Executive at Global Consulting Resources, a Senior Search Consultant at Picard International, and an Executive Search Consultant at Global Executive Search Group, where they placed candidates for leading companies across the globe.

Lastly, Landers held the position of Director of Cross-Cultural Training at Aiesec International in 1996 and is currently the Global Director of Growth & Development at Nobody Studios since 2023.

Michael Landers has a Master's degree in Intercultural Training & HR Management from Lesley University. Michael also has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Miami. Michael obtained their high school diploma from Carol Morgan School and Escola American Rio de Janeiro. Their education history also includes attending Colegio Nueva Granada.
