Leon van Beurden

Leon van Beurden is the founder of NOBUSEARCH+ (2019–present), which conducts executive search and interim assignments and specializes in Commerce, General Management and Operations. They are an ambassador for Faircasso (2019–present), with the aim of changing the Netherlands' debt collection policy toward a socially responsible level. From 2008 to 2019 they were a Partner in Sales & Marketing at Vroom & Van den Heuvel, specializing in Senior Sales (Ops) and Marketing and General Management positions for Financial & Corporate Services, Big Data / IT Services, and MidCorporates in digital transformation. Earlier, they served as Manager Debt Collection & Legal Advice at B&D Juristen from 2001 to 2008, managing a team of 9 legal advisors in contract law, corporate collections and credit management advisory. They earned an LLM in Dutch Law - Intellectual Property from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (1992–1999), a CCM in Credit Management from VVCM (2003–2005), and a VWO diploma from City College St Franciscus (1986–1992).
