Tracy Graham is currently the VP of Product Development for Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories at NOBULL, beginning in July 2024. Prior to this role, Tracy served as the Head of Product Development at Sperry from July 2023 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing R&D processes and overseeing product strategies in collaboration with various teams. Tracy has extensive experience in product development and commercialization, having held senior positions at The Rockport Company, Converse, Keds, New Balance, and Saucony, focusing on footwear. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Babson College between 1997 and 2001.
