Kara Lash

Kara Lash is a highly experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in clinical operations and counseling. Kara currently serves as a Senior Clinical Operations Manager and Telehealth Therapist at NOCD, where specialized training in the treatment of OCD and ERP has been obtained. Prior roles include Clinical Operations Manager, Clinical Operations Lead, and Clinical Advisor at the Humanistic Counseling Center, alongside positions as a Mental Health Counselor at Bellefaire JCB and School Based Counselor at Community Support Services - Summit County. Kara’s earlier career includes experiences as a Graduate Assistant at Kent State University and as an Administrative Assistant at the Ohio Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as various roles in customer service and program coordination. Kara holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Ohio University.
