Tracie Ibrahim, LMFT, CST, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of mental health and behavioral services. Tracie currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at NOCD, where they are responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality behavioral health services via telehealth. Tracie previously worked as the Senior Executive Pediatric and Adult Behavioral Health/Social Services at Penobscot Community Health Care and as the Executive Director at Specialized Psychological Services, where they specialized in evidence-based mental health counseling. Tracie has also held positions at The Buehler Institute, Children's Bureau of Southern California, Bienvenidos Children & Family Services, Telecare Corporation, and IU Health Bloomington Hospital. Tracie Ibrahim, LMFT, CST obtained their Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington in 1997-2001. Tracie continued their education at California Graduate Institute/CSPP from 2002-2004, earning a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling (MFT). During the same period, they also received a degree in Certified Sex Therapy (CST) from California Graduate Institute/CSPP.
