NOCI is a medical device company building wearable technology for objective pain measurement.

Pain is still assessed primarily through episodic self-report. Clinicians make major decisions based on brief visits and 0–10 scales. This leaves large gaps between appointments and makes it difficult to distinguish responders from non-responders early.

We are developing a wearable biosensing platform that captures continuous physiological signals associated with pain and recovery. By integrating autonomic data with patient-reported outcomes, NOCI generates longitudinal pain intelligence designed to support clinical decision-making.

Based in San Francisco and working with academic clinical partners in New York.
