Michael C. has over 24 years of experience in human resources and social law. Currently serving as the Head of HR Retail at NOCIBE since April 2019, Michael C. oversees social relations, labor law, collective negotiations, employee health and safety, and manages a team of HR business partners. Prior to this, Michael C. held various roles at Roquette from May 2006 to April 2019, including responsibility for health and quality of work life and social legal affairs for a workforce of 3,500 employees. Earlier experiences include consulting in social law for enterprises and affiliations with the Union des Industries Textiles du Nord and Entreprises et Cités. Michael C. holds a Master's degree in Private Law and a DEA in Social Law from Université Lille II, and is currently pursuing a degree in Law at IXAD.
