Sylvain Legrand is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail management and product services. Currently serving as Directeur régional at NOCIBE since January 2018, Sylvain oversees the operations of 20 stores and manages nearly 200 employees, while also maintaining relationships with a franchisee. Previously, Sylvain worked at VERYWEAR from August 2008 to January 2018, where roles included Chef de produit Services, responsible for enhancing customer service across the group’s brands and training retail teams on digital integration. Additional experience includes tenure as Directeur régional managing 9 stores, and as Directeur de Flagship with substantial revenue growth. Earlier roles include Responsable de magasin at Brice and Responsable Business associé at Gaumont. Sylvain holds a degree in Management and Strategy from KEDGE Business School, completed in 2019.
