Mike Mathe

Mike Mathe is a design educator and action sports equipment designer with over 20 years of experience in industrial design, including medical devices, personal protection, and technical apparel. They hold a BFA in Industrial Design from California College of the Arts and currently serve as a SolidWorks Design Instructor at San Jose State University and the U.S. Design Director at NoCry® Safety. Previously, Mike held senior design roles at notable brands such as Fox Racing, Alpinestars, and Ironclad Performance Wear, where they led innovative product development across various categories. Their expertise in pattern-making, advanced materials, and construction techniques has positioned them as a significant contributor to the design industry.
