Fiona Ham, MA, is a music metadata strategy expert who currently serves as the President of HAUSOFHAM, where they lead initiatives to elevate electronic music culture in Canada and globally. Fiona is also the Chair of the JUNO Awards’ Underground Dance Single of the Year category, advocating for fairness and inclusivity in the music industry. With a diverse background that includes roles in marketing, sales, and operations, Fiona has a strong focus on enhancing metadata standards and supporting emerging artists. They have held positions at organizations such as Noctil, MusicTeam®, and the Canadian Border Services Agency, building a comprehensive understanding of the music and arts sectors. Fiona's educational background includes a Master's in International Communication and a degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
