Ivan Balan

Ivan Balan possesses extensive experience in system architecture, quality assurance, and network engineering. Currently serving as a System Architect at Noction since February 2017, Ivan has also held roles such as QA Manager, Senior QA Automation Engineer, and System and Network Engineer within the same company. Previously, Ivan worked at StarNet from December 2012 to February 2017, where responsibilities included NOC/Network Monitoring Team Leader and NOC/Network Monitoring Engineer. Ivan's career at StarNet began in February 2009 as a Technical Support Team Leader and Technician Support Operator. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics and Economic Informatics from Slavonic University in Chisinau, Moldova, acquired between 2008 and 2011.
