Devin Carpenter

Devin Carpenter is a dedicated leader in student success, currently serving as the Director for New Student Success at the University of Montana, where they focus on empowering undergraduate students through effective orientation and transition programs. With over a decade of experience in higher education, Devin previously held roles such as Admissions Counselor and Assistant Director of New Student and Family Programs. They enhanced their expertise while completing a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration at Penn State University, where they also contributed to various student activities and leadership initiatives. Outside of academia, Devin co-founded Missoula Pride, significantly impacting community-building efforts, which culminated in Montana's largest Pride celebration.
