Michael Loyda has diverse work experience starting in 2010. Michael worked as an Instructor/Camp Staff at Whitefish Bay Rec. Department, where they coached, refereed, and instructed young athletes. In 2014, they co-founded and owned Bay Yard Care Services, where they solicited and negotiated with summer clients, increasing profitability and client base. In 2015, they interned as a Corporate Hospitality Intern for the PGA of America, managing requests and being the point of contact for company executives. In 2016, they interned as a Life Product Management Intern at American Family Insurance, working on competitor intelligence and product branding strategies. In the same year, they also worked as a Social Media Coordinator at the Wisconsin School of Business, operating the department's Twitter account and documenting and editing information for sharing with the alumni and school community. From 2017 to 2022, they held various roles at AIG, including Distribution Analyst and Strategic Projects and Marketing Partner. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at nodaFi, a position they have held since September 2019.

Michael Loyda completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing and Risk Management Insurance from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Strategies from UserTesting, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
