Maxim is currently the VP Finance & Operations at Nodalview. Prior to this, they were Chief of Staff to the CEO at Brussels Airlines from July 2018 to November 2020. Maxim has also worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2014 to July 2018 and as a Summer Business Analyst from July 2013 to August 2013. Additionally, they have experience as a Tutor at Sagio.be from January 2012 to December 2012 and as a Finance & Accounting Intern at ZOUTMAN NV BELGIUM from January 2012 to December 2012.

Maxim attended Klein Seminarie Roeselare for their Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering. Maxim then went on to study at KU Leuven for their Master of Science in Business Engineering and Insurance. Finally, they attended The Wharton School for their Master of Science in Business/Commerce, General.
