Leaf Jiang is the CEO of NODAR and a world-renowned engineer. Leaf has over 12 years of experience in engineering, research, and development. Leaf has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Leaf is an expert in optics, lasers, digital electronics, analog electronics, mechanics, math, computer science, big data, and technology. Leaf is well-known for their ability to quickly find the best solution to most technology problems at every phase: idea generation, concept development, analysis, product development, manufacturing, and commercialization.

Leaf founded Leaf Alden Consulting Group in 2015 and grew the company to an award-winning research and development firm within its first year. Leaf Alden Consulting Group is an engineering firm whose projects include optical communications, low-cost electronics, auto-leveling washing machines, loose fiber detection for lint free medical bandages, automatic milk bottle cap thickness measuring apparatus, automated roof damage assessment, and indoor tracking and localization of first responders. Their clients include Fortune 500 companies and they work with companies across the world.

Leaf Jiang completed a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Leaf then completed a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the same school. Finally, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
