Esteve Almirall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director at Node since August 2021, Esteve also directs Node Living Ltd. Prior to this, Esteve was Managing Director and Head of Iberia, overseeing development, operations, and capital markets for the region. Esteve has owned and managed Alquileres BCN Homes Sl since June 2010, leading a family-owned multifamily portfolio. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Generacion Cobi since January 2020, Esteve has focused on food and beverage investments, including BUS Terraza in Barcelona. Previous roles include Managing Director for Spain at Starcity and various positions at Airbnb and VTS, Inc. Esteve holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from New York University.
