Benoît Batailler

As an agile coach, Benoît accompanies their teams and ensures efficient, competent and humane cooperation.

Benoît has worked in the international automotive industry for 10 years and knows both the OEM and the supplier side very well. There he was responsible for ensuring quality and reliability in various design and process projects. In 2018 he switched to the IT and start-up industry and since then he wants to use his diverse toolkit and his wealth of agile experience to promote the green energy transition. He now accompanies us through our Scrum sprints, ensures successful OKR planning and implementation and ensures that our team events are a complete success in terms of content. Benoît studied mechanical engineering and philosophy in Compiègne.
