- 35,000 m2 (375,000 ft2) of roofed area for storage of granel, palletized and oversized goods. 
- Overhead cranes up to 40 metric tons.
- Rail car unloading inside the warehouse.
- Monitoring and Access control.
- Perimeter of the property 100% fenced.
