Jonathan Kay

Jonathan Kay is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in CFO roles across various companies. Currently serving as Group CFO at Node4 Ltd since July 2021, Jonathan has previously held senior financial positions at Juriba, Wax Digital, DivideBuy, eg solutions plc, Trustmarque, NHS England, Logica, Vertex Data Science, and Fox IT. Noteworthy achievements include driving improved forecasting and profitability at Wax Digital, supporting fundraising initiatives at DivideBuy, and playing a key role in stabilizing Trustmarque during financial challenges leading to a successful sale. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford, earned between 1987 and 1990.
