Mark Cox

Mark Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in M&A and corporate development across various industries. Currently serving as Director of M&A/Corporate Development at Node4 Ltd since February 2022, Mark leads M&A efforts and engages in financial planning and analysis, along with integration activities. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Director M&A at Cognizant, focusing on strategic projects for the Digital Business & Technology division. Earlier roles include Head of Corporate Development at Miroma SET, Director at Results International Group LLP, and various positions at WPP, where responsibilities encompassed financial, strategic, and operational initiatives in M&A. Mark’s career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager in transaction services, following a research fellowship at the University of York, where the focus was on environmental economics. Mark holds a PhD in Environmental and Resource Economics, an MSc in Environmental Economics, and a BSc in Environmental Economics, all from the University of York and UCL.
