Tim Swanborough has extensive experience in IT support and customer service, currently serving as Cloud Support Team Leader at Node4 Ltd since March 2017, having previously held the position of Cloud Support Engineer. Prior to this, Tim worked at Markerstudy Insurance as a Remote Resolution Analyst and Service Desk Analyst, providing 2nd and 1st Line Support respectively. Tim's background also includes roles at Capita IT Services and The Tech Guys, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting hardware and software issues and managing Active Directory tasks. Tim began the professional journey at Capital One as a Temporary Fraud Associate and at Currys, handling stock and customer service. Tim holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Economics from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2007.
