Francesca Longley is a dynamic and results-driven leader currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Node4 Ltd since 2024. With a strong background in service delivery, Francesca previously held roles as Lead Service Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Node4 Ltd from 2021 to 2024 and 2020 to 2021, respectively. Prior to that, Francesca worked at IPL International Procurement and Logistics as a Leader of IT Service Delivery from 2018 to 2020 and spent six years at Capita Customer Management in various roles, including Technical Team Manager and Provisioning Manager. Francesca earned a BSc (Honours) in Environmental Management and Technology from The Open University between 2012 and 2018.
