I formed N of 1 to create a world of extraordinary organizations. Yes: extra-ordinary. Not ho-hum. Not ossified and bureaucratic. Not stale and stalled out. To the extent that organizations and institutions are consciously designed… they do not delight us. Because they are never - not even close - designed with the intelligence and creativity that we use to build world-class products. They should be. N of 1 designs businesses. We build stuff.
