André Næss

André Næss has worked in the software engineering field for over 15 years. In 2019, they began working at Nofence as a Software Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Cisco as a Technical Lead, responsible for backend software development on the Hybrid Services part of WebEx Teams. Prior to that, they worked at Cisco from 2010 to 2014 as a Software Engineer, primarily using the .NET platform and T-SQL. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at TANDBERG as a Software Developer and Technical Lead for the development of TMS Analytics Extension. Before that, they worked at Point Carbon from 2005 to 2008 as a Systems Engineer, developing across the product portfolio using Java, MySQL, and Oracle.

André Næss completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Bergen (UiB) between 1999 and 2001. André then went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oslo (UiO) between 2001 and 2004.
