Xiaolan

Xiaolan Ma began their work experience in 2012 as a Design Engineer at GE, where they worked until 2016. Xiaolan then joined Baker Hughes in 2017 as a Concept Design Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Lead Engineer - Customer Project Engineering in 2018. In 2023, Xiaolan Ma joined NOFITECH as the Head of Engineering.

Xiaolan Ma earned a Master's degree in Engineering Design from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a variety of certifications from LinkedIn in various fields such as management, coaching, leadership, customer service, and digital transformation. These certifications were obtained in January 2023.
