Sarla Singh

Sarla Singh has 8 years of work experience in the software industry. In 2012, they began their career as a Software Team Lead at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2014, they became a QA Automation Lead at CIBC, where they were responsible for setting up Agile testing approach on AUT, designing and developing web app testing automation framework, and creating virtual back-end for adjudication engine and CIF application. In 2018, Sarla moved to Makenzie Investments as an Automation Team Lead, where they were responsible for creating web and mobile automation testing frameworks. Later in 2018, Sarla joined Ethoca as a Software Developer In Test, where they designed test solutions and implemented test automation frameworks. In 2019, they became a QA Lead/Manager at BEACON | MindBeacon Health, where they were responsible for establishing and evolving QA processes. Currently, Sarla is the Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering at NoFraud, where they are responsible for developing and managing operational processes and ensuring QA processes tie into technology delivery practices.

Sarla Singh obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University between 2007 and 2011. In December 2014, they obtained a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB). In July 2016, they obtained an Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL) from ISTQB. In January 2018, they obtained a PMP® Certification Training Course from the Project Management Institute. In December 2021, they obtained a Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In July 2022, they obtained a Management Essentials certification from Harvard Business School Online.
