The company’s lead program targets X-Linked Agammaglobulinemia (XLA), a severe primary immunodeficiency, and is advancing toward clinical development in collaboration with the NIH.

NOGA’s platform combines synthetic promoter engineering and AI-guided vector design to enable lineage-specific gene expression in hematopoietic stem cells. Beyond immunodeficiency, the platform enables expansion into neurodegenerative diseases where precise gene dosage is critical.
