I’m the founder of NOGLUTEATALY, a project inspired by my passion for Italian food, travel, and creating safe, joyful culinary experiences for people living with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. While I am not celiac myself, I’ve been surrounded by family and friends who are, and I’ve seen how challenging it can be to find trustworthy gluten-free options—especially while traveling.
This inspired me to build experiences that make Italy’s iconic food culture inclusive and accessible to everyone.
