Mike Hirsch has diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In 2003, they started working at Zolas Restaurant and Pasta Shop as a Line Cook, Food Preparation Cook, and Dishwasher. Mike then transitioned to the marketing field and became the Marketing Coordinator at The Delphi Group in 2010. The following year, Mike served as the President of The Algonquin College Students' Association. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at the Ottawa Sport & Social Club, first as a League Facilitator and later as the Manager of Marketing & Events. In 2014, they joined Newcap Radio as the Promotions Director for The New HOT 89.9, where they were responsible for planning and executing on-air promotions, charitable initiatives, and station events. Mike then entered the technology industry, starting as a Sales Development Representative at SolarWinds MSP from 2016 to 2017. Mike was later promoted to the role of Account Executive until 2020. Subsequently, they worked as a Sales Manager at N-able until 2022. Currently, Mike is employed at Noibu, where they hold the position of Customer Success. Additionally, they have recently been appointed as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

From 2008 to 2010, Mike Hirsch attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. During this time, they completed a diploma program in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
