Andrew Schulz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer at NoiseAware, a non-invasive noise protection service for Airbnb hosts, property managers, and hoteliers. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & CEO of NoiseAware, where they developed and led the company's noise protection services. Schulz also served as the Co-Founder & CTO of NoiseAware from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their involvement with NoiseAware, Schulz worked as the Dallas Regional Director for Founders Network, a platform that offers lifelong peer mentorship to tech startup founders. In this role, they facilitated connections between the Dallas startup community and the global startup community through mentorship.

Schulz has also held leadership positions in other companies, including being the Co-founder and CEO of JoinMe@, a social media platform advocating for a shift in social media use by brands. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer at Illumina Consulting Group, a Controls Engineer at Advanced Automation, and a Co-op Preprofessional Engineer at IBM.

Furthermore, Schulz has contributed to social causes as a Volunteer at V-LINC, where they designed and built a seizure detection and alerting system for a family with a daughter diagnosed with Aicardi Syndrome.
