ABDALLA OSMAN

Abdalla Osman is an experienced Service Engineer at Nokia since January 2017, managing and operating customers' pLTE and 5G SA Proof of Concept and testbed networks while assisting customers with Nokia’s tools and technology. Prior experience includes serving as a Tier 3 Support Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where Abdalla led a team and ensured effective workflow, and a Network Engineer responsible for provisioning and configuring customer networks. Abdalla's earlier roles at MTN Sudan involved monitoring and maintaining GSM networks as a NOC engineer, providing technical support in various capacities. Abdalla holds a Master of Business Administration from Sudan Academy for Science and Technology, a Supervision Management Certificate from Johnson County Community College, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kordofan.
