Aku Mikkonen

Aku Mikkonen is a seasoned SoC prototyping specialist currently working as a Senior R&D Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor, focusing on SoC pre-silicon validation. They previously held various roles at Nokia, including SoC prototyping specialist and ASIC testing squad leader, overseeing prototype testing teams and engaging in validation activities. Aku started their career as an ASIC/FPGA verification engineer at SWECO Industry and has also worked as an IC verification engineer at Lewel Group Ltd. They earned a Master of Science degree in Electronics from the University of Oulu and participated in an exchange program at Michigan Technological University.
