Alan Gong is currently the Head of Order Management of China at Nokia, where they drive end-to-end activities to achieve operational excellence through more automated and harmonized processes. They previously held the position of Head of Order Management for Great China at Nokia Shanghai Bell Co. Ltd and worked at Alcatel-Lucent from 2002 to 2016 in order and project management. Earlier in their career, Alan served as a Marketing Manager at Haier from 1998 to 2002. Alan earned a BA in Language and International Trading from ZJ University and an MBA from UIBE.
