Alexandre Jard is currently the Head of the wireless transmission SW/FW engineering team at Nokia, where they lead software and firmware development for microwave products across multiple sites using Agile methodologies and a continuous integration framework. With over 20 years of experience, they previously served as the LTE eNB development leader at Nokia, managing teams in the US, China, and France, and held various roles at Nortel Networks, including as a signal processing engineer and team leader for 3G/4G algorithms. Alexandre earned a Master of Science in digital communication from Supelec between 1994 and 1997.
