Anusha Shah

Anusha Shah currently serves as People Reward Direction and Equity Plan Administrator at Nokia since December 2022. Prior to this role, Anusha worked at PepsiCo from December 2021 to January 2023 as Associate Manager, overseeing the Performance Management Cycle for North America and AMESA. Anusha also held the position of Deputy Manager at Corteva Agriscience from May 2016 to June 2020 as a Client Relationship Management Specialist, and worked at ADP as a Payroll Administrator from June 2013 to March 2016. Anusha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Badruka College of Commerce and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, completed between 2016 and 2018.
