Art Aronovitz is a Business Improvement Executive with extensive experience in knowledge management, reengineering, program management, quality, customer experience management, and talent management. They have led major change initiatives in financial services and technology enterprises, managing organizations of over 50 people and investment budgets exceeding $100 million. Notably, at Citi Private Bank, they established a Knowledge Center that significantly improved client experiences and operational efficiency. Currently, Art serves as the Head of Quality at HERE, overseeing quality management systems and ISO9001 certifications across a global organization. They are pursuing advanced degrees in Mathematics and Mathematics & Computer Science at Northeastern University and Johns Hopkins University, respectively.
