Arthur Chen

Arthur Chen is a seasoned strategic sourcing leader with experience in global cloud/HPC and 5G/6G programs. They began their career as a JAVA Independent Consultant at TSMC and later served as an Information Technology Architect at Newegg. At Nokia, Arthur held roles as both a Solution Engineer and a Global Category Manager, where they managed procurement negotiations and focused on 5G and Edge Cloud Platforms. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from the University of Science and Technology and a Master in Research in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham, with research published in the IEEE Symposium on Computational Intelligence.
