Ashraf Ali is a seasoned RAN Implementation Engineer with extensive experience in executing large-scale network swap and rollout projects. Currently employed at Nokia since August 2018, Ashraf has successfully overseen the end-to-end implementation of over 1,100 SRAN sites during the Du network 3G swap project and has contributed to the delivery of 5G, FTTA, and 4G expansions, managing complex tasks from equipment delivery to final acceptance phases. Prior experience at ZTE Corporation as a Senior RAN Engineer included leading installation, configuration, and commissioning activities for LTE upgrades and providing technical support during network swaps. Ashraf holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bahauddin Zakariya University and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Lincoln University College.
