Ashraf Osman

Ashraf Osman, Ph.D., is a Principal CAD Engineer currently employed at Nokia, where they provide foundry PDK installation and evaluation, along with circuit simulation and EMIR analysis support. With over 18 years in VLSI and ASIC design automation, Ashraf has excelled in various roles, including at Intel Corporation and TSI Semiconductors, where they managed design automation needs and supported large teams. They have contributed to numerous research projects, mentored graduate students, and taught engineering courses at California State University, Sacramento. Ashraf earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Al-Nileen University, following a Master of Science from Washington State University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Khartoum.
