Barry Yip has held various leadership roles in engineering and customer technical support at Nokia from 2017 to 2023, including Head of Engineering Transformation and Head of IP Customer Engineering and Support. They previously contributed to Alcatel-Lucent as Head of Customer Technical Support from 2006 to 2016. Barry completed their undergraduate and Master's degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong between 1985 and 1991.
