Benjamin Sofka

Benjamin Sofka is a Senior Manager of Product Engineering at Nokia, bringing extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. With a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from Lehigh University, Benjamin has a demonstrated history of developing and modifying physics-based compact models for various semiconductor technologies. Previously, Benjamin held roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Infinera, and served as an adjunct lecturer and research assistant at Lehigh University, where they taught multiple physics courses and conducted research on near-field electromagnetic effects in carbon nanotube systems.
