Blake McManus

Blake McManus has extensive experience in human resources, having served in key leadership roles for notable companies. At Nokia from January 2018 to March 2025, Blake held the position of Cluster People Manager for the Asia Pacific and Japan regions and also served as Head of Cluster for Oceania, managing HR strategies for around 1,500 employees across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Prior to Nokia, Blake was the Director of Human Resources for Stork, a Fluor company, from November 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for the ANZ region, managing a workforce of 2,500 in sectors like LNG, petrochemical, mining, and power stations. Blake's educational background includes a degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wollong, as well as a brief program in Innovation Leadership from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2022.
