Blin Thierry.

Blin Thierry serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Nokia since April 2002, following the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent. Responsibilities include overseeing technical operations for various telecommunications operators, including SOMTEL in Somaliland and Djibouti Telecom. Prior positions include New Product Introduction Manager for the MGC8 product in EMEA, TPM manager for the BluePrint generic IMS project, and network portability solutions for BEZEQ in Israel. Additional roles include managing GPRS core network projects for Vodafone Qatar and implementing a Wireless call server for Vodacom Congo. Earlier experience at Alcatel-Lucent involved delivering GSM networks for Areeba in Cyprus and extending the IN platform for Orange Cameroun. Blin Thierry holds a Lead Technical Project Manager accreditation in Project Management from ALU University (2009-2011).
