Bobby Reitz PMP® has over two decades of experience in program management and operations within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Sales Director for North America Public Sector and Delivery Leader at Nokia since July 2010, Bobby leads initiatives for targeted verticals and partnerships. Previously, Bobby held various roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including Senior Program Manager and North America OA Quality/Optimization Lead, where significant contributions included establishing a Quality Team for the organization. Early career highlights include leadership positions in business operations and global customer care management, focusing on project scheduling and order management. Bobby's educational background includes studies at the University of Phoenix and completion of the Supervisors; Production Occupations program at the US Army Armor School.
