Carlos Barroso is a seasoned IP Routing and Networks professional with over 24 years of experience in planning, pre-sales, business development, consulting engineering, and partner development. They have held key positions at major companies such as Nokia, where they currently lead as VP, NI IP Networks Business Center Leader for Latin America, and have a history of roles at Embratel, Oi S.A, and TIM Brasil. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, Carlos has extensive international exposure across Latin and North America.
