Cesar Heyaime, Ph.D., is currently the Mobile Networks CTO for Latin America at Nokia, where they lead technology initiatives for mobile networks across the region. With over 15 years of experience in engaging with CTOs and engineering teams for various telecommunications service providers, Cesar has a strong background in technical strategy and consultative selling. Previously, they held leadership roles at Nokia, including Head of Sales for the América Móvil regional customer team and Principal Expert for Solution Consulting. Cesar's early career included positions at Frederic Schad and Motorola Solutions, where they honed their skills in information systems and systems engineering. Additionally, Cesar has served as a graduate-level instructor while completing their Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington.
